About
Hey there!
My name is Asher and I am currently a Senior attending Mississippi State University to pursue my dream of becoming an architect. My hometown is Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
Since my senior year of High School I found out that my passion was in drafting, designing and creating, which lead me to choose architecture as a career. My college career up until now has consisted of 6 semesters of Studio classes. I have learned how to hand draft, build models, use programs like Sketch-Up, AutoCad, Adobe CS6, Revit and Lumion. I am the new President of APX (Alpha Rho Chi) where we work as a professional fraternity to create social bonds and help our philanthropy S.A.V.E (Sustain a Village Every Day) in Haiti.
My active lifestyle and participation in Triathlons and races keep me involved in the outdoors which I hope to apply to my construction of buildings in the future. Once I graduate with my Bachelors in Architecture, I hope to join a non-profit or ministry based architecture firm that does work in third world countries doing design builds and helping those less fortunate.
